1cup @hellmannsmayonnaise (or dairy-free mayo if needed)
1 tsp @colavitausa olive oil
1 tbsp @lakewoodorganic lemon juice (fresh or bottled — we won’t judge)
1 tbsp @greypoupon_us Dijon mustard
1 tbsp @mina capers (plus a little brine for chaos)
½ cup shredded @kraftnatural Italian cheese (or dairy-free, if needed)
Optional: ½ tsp garlic powder or a fresh garlic clove if you're feeling spicy
Chicken
6 @applegate Natural Gluten-Free Breaded Chicken Breast Tenders
Salad
1½ heads of romaine lettuce, chopped and washed
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F — see bag for cooking instructions (oven, air fryer, or stovetop)
Wash and cut romaine lettuce.
Bake for about 18 minutes or to desire colored and crispiness, turning tenders over halfway through cooking time.
Whisk dressing ingredients together until smooth.
Toss romaine lettuce and dressing together.
Top your dressed salad with sliced chicken tenders.
Add extra cheese or capers if you're chaotic like us.
Serve immediately. Eat like the queen you are.
