Ingredients
1 lb pork (or fave ground meat)
1 lemon zest
1 egg
½ cup breadcrumbs @4cfoods
¾ cup @lactaid cottage cheese
1 tsp @cavendersgreekseasoning
1/2c spinach (or fave greens)
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Mix everything togther (DO NOT OVER MIX)
Roll mixture into balls (don’t overmix)
Bake at 400° for 20–25 min until golden.
Meal prep tip: undercook slightly if you’ll reheat later 👌
