Ingredients
1 lb pork (or fave ground meat)
1 lemon zest
1 egg
½ cup breadcrumbs @4cfoods
¾ cup @lactaid cottage cheese
1 tsp @cavendersgreekseasoning
1/2c spinach (or fave greens), raw or steamed
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Chiffonade your greens
Mix everything together (DO NOT OVER MIX)
Roll mixture into balls (don’t overmix)
Bake at 400° for 20–25 min until golden.
