Ingredients
1 box @jovialfoods Stelline pasta (gluten-free stars of the show)
1.5 boxes @sprouts organic chicken broth (no mystery ingredients)
½ cup @lakewoodorganic carrot juice
½ cup @rwknudsen celery juice
2 pads @greenvalleylf lactose-free butter (we said buttery, not bloated)
Sprinkle of @kraft.naturalcheese Italian cheese (optional, for that creamy comfort)
Salt + pepper to taste
Preparation
In a pot, bring broth + juices to a gentle boil.
💡 Twintolerant Tip: Cooking the pasta directly in the broth will make your soup more flavorful.
Add butter pads, salt + pepper. Stir until melted and warm.
Add @jovialfoods Stelline pasta — cook until just tender ~10 minutes.
Stir in a light sprinkle of cheese (or skip if you’re DF).
Taste. Adjust seasoning (as needed). Breathe.
