Ingredients
1 cup @lactaid milk (or any lactose-free milk you love)
1 cup strawberries + blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 packet (1g) @jadeleafmatcha
1 cup @greenvalleylf kefir (lactose-free & probiotic-rich)
½ cup @synergykombucha Gingerade (for that fizzy probiotic kick)
Optional: a handful of ice (for that cold glow)
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend on high until creamy and smooth.
