Ingredients

  • 1 cup @lactaid milk (or any lactose-free milk you love)

  • 1 cup strawberries + blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 packet (1g) @jadeleafmatcha

  • 1 cup @greenvalleylf kefir (lactose-free & probiotic-rich)

  • ½ cup @synergykombucha Gingerade (for that fizzy probiotic kick)

  • Optional: a handful of ice (for that cold glow)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend on high until creamy and smooth.

  3. Sip slow, glow fast.
